Wow, oddly enough, this training seems to be going fast! Last week was a huge confidence builder for me. Even though I am slow right now, the miles feel good. I am trying to add in weight training and maybe yoga this week. Of course, I still need to lose some weight and that will make the biggest difference. Jeff bought me a TRX for Christmas and I am finally getting to use it.

Chest press- 2 sets of 15
Bicep- set of 15
Squate- 2 sets of 15
Hamstring curls- 2 sets of 15
Triceps- set of 15
Row- set of 15
Flys- T/Y set of 15 each
And all of this was working my core! Good start to the week. I will try to do more on Wed. I am excited to see how it does for me!
