So, here we go. Endre I didn't even know you commented! So, I am back after completing a triathlon and my first 10k in 3 years. I am happy to say I got a personal record in both. :-) My time in the 10k was 47:59, but my Garmin said it was 30 seconds faster. I started after the rest of the runners. We were chatting (big surprise) and all of a sudden we saw people start running. It was a little hectic, but a great race. So, now I am ready to work on getting my heart as fit as possible. The plan is 12 weeks of low heart rate training. I believe I will be trying to keep my heart rate below 160. I will do some reading to make sure. Wish me luck!!
