I hate that I struggle with my weight but it is what it is. I am ready to put the work in to lose some weight before this training cycle. I weighed in at 135 this morning. The lowest I weighed this year was 126. I would love to get down there again and I should be able to maintain with my running. I will pay attention to what I am eating. I can do this!
I was reading Boston Marathon Qualifier Questionnaires and all of them weighed 130 or less and most were taller than me. I will be focusing on nutrition!
