I am over halfway through the training. It just seems to be flying by. I am feeling okay, but still not great. I have not done speedwork yet really.
Monday-3.5 miles, can't remember why I only ran that much. :-)
Tuesday- 5 miles, 9:55 pace
Wednesday- 1 mile at the track
Thursday- 9 miles, 9:25 pace
Friday- 4 miles, 9:56 pace- ran with Jeff while Bryce rode his bike, could barely keep up
Saturday- 18 miles, felt pretty good, 3:02, 10:07 pace
Total- 40.5 miles- woo hoo, I hit 40 miles!!
